In a major step toward enhancing academic transparency and administrative efficiency, the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) at Jahangirnagar University has officially launched its state-of-the-art web portal. Designed to provide a smarter, more streamlined experience, the platform marks a significant milestone in the institute’s ongoing digital evolution.
The institute collaborated with ‘Campus365,’ a specialized provider of digital education solutions, to bring the project to fruition. With a focus on user-centric design, the new portal is expected to bridge the digital gap between faculty members and the student body.
According to a press release, the platform offers a centralized hub for all academic needs. Students and stakeholders can now access vital notices, course updates, and essential information with greater speed and convenience than ever before. Beyond simple information sharing, the portal is intended to foster a more interactive digital environment for academic discourse.
The portal was formally unveiled during a ceremony held at the university auditorium. The event was attended by IBA-Jahangirnagar University Director Prof. Dr. Ireen Akhter, Assistant Professor Palash Saha, and Campus365 CEO K M Abir Mahmud, alongside other faculty members and university officials.
Speaking on the launch, Prof. Dr. Ireen Akhter noted that the portal is more than just a digital placeholder. “This is a strategic tool to invigorate our daily operations,” she said. “Our primary objective is to modernize the way we exchange information, ensuring that communication between teachers and students remains seamless and efficient.”
Echoing her sentiments, Campus365 CEO K M Abir Mahmud highlighted the firm’s broader commitment to the education sector. “We are working tirelessly to facilitate the digital transformation of higher education institutions across the country,” Mahmud stated. “The launch of this portal at IBA-Jahangirnagar is a significant chapter in that journey.”
